In December 2025, Howmet entered into an agreement to acquire Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing, LLC from Stanley Black & Decker for approximately $1.8 billion, with close expected in the first half of 2026. In February 2026, the company acquired Brunner Manufacturing Co. Inc., a privately held U.S. manufacturer of high-quality fastener products, on an all-cash basis.
