SPZCO — Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: July 27, 2026
Provider: SPZCO LLC, a Maine limited liability company ("SPZCO", "we", "us", or "our"), the owner and operator of the SPZCO investment-research service (the "Service").
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid subscriptions to SPZCO. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on Your First Purchase
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your first purchase — no questions asked. "First purchase" means your first payment on a new subscription (monthly or annual). Contact us as described in Section 4 and we will approve the refund. The guarantee applies once, to that first payment only.
2. Renewals Are Non-Refundable
Beyond the 7-day first-purchase window, subscription fees — including automatic renewal charges — are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a paid period, except: (a) where a refund is required by applicable law (Section 5); or (b) where a charge was made in error or as a duplicate. If you do not wish to renew, cancel before your renewal date (Section 3).
3. Cancel Anytime
You may cancel at any time — cancellation is self-service and available online from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal, with no phone call or email required, and cancelling is as easy as subscribing. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you keep access until then. Cancelling does not by itself refund amounts already paid — refund eligibility is governed by Sections 1, 2, and 5.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
SPZCO is the seller and merchant of record; card payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. To request a refund, email us at support@spzco.com with your order or subscription details (or use the receipt Stripe emailed you). We review and, where eligible, approve refunds and issue them promptly to your original payment method via Stripe; refunded funds typically appear within five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law. In particular, if you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a purchase (including your first subscription payment). Where your statutory rights and this policy differ, whichever gives you the higher level of protection applies.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy should be read together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Payments are processed by Stripe as our payment processor; SPZCO is the merchant of record.
