Fox Corporation is a news, sports, and entertainment company operating two reportable segments: Cable Network Programming, which produces and licenses news and sports content distributed through traditional MVPDs, virtual MVPDs, and digital platforms; and Television, which produces, acquires, markets, and distributes programming through the FOX broadcast network, the Tubi AVOD service, 29 full-power broadcast television stations, and digital platforms primarily in the U.S. Additional operations include Credible, a U.S. consumer finance marketplace, and the FOX Studio Lot in Los Angeles.
The company became a standalone publicly traded entity in March 2019 following a spinoff from Twenty-First Century Fox. The Television segment includes 18 stations affiliated with the FOX Network and 11 affiliated with MyNetworkTV, along with various production companies serving both the company and third parties.
