Item 3 · From time to time, we may be subject to various claims, lawsuits and other legal and administrative proceedings that may arise in the ordinary course of business. Some of these claims, lawsuits and other proceedings may range in complexity and result in substantial uncertainty; it is possible that they may result in damages, fines, penalties, non-monetary sanctions, or relief. We are currently the defendant in a bankruptcy clawback proceeding as described in “Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Conditions and Results of Operations” and in “Note 13. Commitments and Contingencies” in the Notes to our Financial Statements; while the outcome of this proceeding is uncertain, we do not believe it is likely to result in a material adverse effect on our future operating results, financial condition, or cash flows.
