Textron is a multi-industry manufacturer operating through segments covering aircraft, defense, industrial products, and finance. Through 2025, the company reported six segments: Textron Aviation (Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft), Bell, Textron Systems, Industrial, Textron eAviation, and Finance. Total 2025 revenues were $14.8 billion. Textron Aviation produces business jets, turboprops, military trainer and defense aircraft, and piston aircraft, while the Finance segment provides captive financing.
Textron markets products globally through a direct sales force and networks of authorized independent sales representatives. Its customer base spans corporate aviation, charter operators, military and government entities, fractional ownership businesses, and training organizations in more than 40 countries. Effective January 2026, the Textron eAviation segment was realigned into other operating segments and will no longer be reported separately beginning with the first quarter of 2026.
