Item 9A · material weakness · As previously reported in our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2020, as of September 30, 2020, we identified a material weakness in the risk assessment component of internal control as we did not appropriately design and maintain an effective risk assessment process at a precise enough level to identify new and evolving risks of material misstatement to the financial statements as a result of changes in our business operations.
