Item 9A · material weakness · Remediation of material weakness As previously disclosed, the Company had ineffective controls over the evaluation and accounting for complex financing transactions, specifically, the Company did not have sufficient technical resources to appropriately identify errors in the accounting for warrants issued in a registered offering including whether the warrants should be classified as a liability or as equity.
