Biggest disclosed congressional stock trades
← Congressional tradesThe STOCK Act does not ask a member of Congress for the value of a trade. It asks for a BRACKET — so “largest” here means the rows whose filed range is highest, and every amount below is printed as the pair the member actually filed. A row filed with no upper bound is shown as the bound it has and never completed with one we chose.
Four windows, because they are four different answers: an all-time board is dominated by members who left Congress years ago, and a reader asking what the biggest recent trades were is asking about this year. Each board names the period the server resolved it to.
“Owner” is the STOCK Act's own column: a filing covers the member, their spouse and their dependent children, and a row filed under a spouse is disclosed as such. Nothing on this page implies who made a decision.
